Ievalaukis, a sports and recreation centre, in a 6-hectare forest area in Aukštaitija National Park, Ignalina district, is offered for sale. Established in 2009, the business has successfully operated up to date: it hosts CrossFit camps and sessions which paved the way to professional sports for some well-known athletes. It is used for conferences, festivals or simply for relaxation in nature – the lake of Dringis with a beach and a sauna house are within the boundaries of the land plot. There is still plenty of space for future projects – almost half of the land plot is of agricultural purpose; therefore, it can be used for sustainable farming and animal husbandry, or it can be used for setting up a new business or start a new life style. There is a modern biofuel boiler house and central heating system with individual control function for each building. Rooftop solar panels have been installed to contribute to a more sustainable environment and reduce electricity costs. The place is much liked both by local communities and visitors from abroad. The complex has developed an impeccable image, great feedbacks can be found on the platforms of tourism industry, social media and business registers.
